Rental of School Facilities

School gyms are rented according to availability and all rental agreements are submitted to the
School Board Office, 634 6th Avenue East, Prince Rupert, BC V8J 1X1

The following is a breakdown of rates and do not include the applicable HST:

Base Rental $25 /hr
Custodial (to open/close is $60/per):
Small Function - Weekend $60 /hr Large Function 50+ Weekends $120 /hr
Kitchen : Regular Kitchens $25 Flat
Roosevelt *Must have Foodsafe* $60 /2 hr minimum regular days till 8 p.m.
Roosevelt *Must have Foodsafe* $120 /2 hr minimum regular days after 8 p.m.
Roosevelt *Must have Foodsafe* $120 /2 hr minimum weekends
Equipment: Delivery of equipment ie.table/chairs $35 /hour – Regular day
Delivery of equipment $70 /hour - Weekends
Equipment: Set-up – Regular day till 4 $35 /hour – Regular day
Set-up – Weekend $70 /hour –Weekend
